The Zoning Board of Appeals for Pleasant Township, Van Wert County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on the 31st day of May 2022 at 7:30pm at the Pleasant Township House 10507 Old Tile Factory Rd. Van Wert, Ohio to consider a conditional use request for:

Proposed Conditional Use: To operate a lawn care/lawn maintenance company from 9419 John Brown Rd. Van Wert, Ohio which is currently zoned as Agriculture/Residential. Said business would utilize the existing 36 ft. x 48ft. accessory building currently on the property and would have 2 or more employees that do not reside at said residence.

A copy of the conditional use application is on file with the Zoning Inspector for Pleasant Township and is available for inspection and copying upon request of the Zoning Inspector at 419-238-4690.
